Silverthorn Resort is currently seeking a quality conscious housekeeping supervisor with a high work ethic and strong leadership skills. Must be honest reliable, and have a neat, clean appearance.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of current or previous housekeeping and supervisory experience
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following

• Clean houseboats, cabins, and public restrooms in a quick, neat, and efficient manner
• Ensure that guest facilities are clean and properly stocked
• Maintain proper houseboat inventory of dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc.
• Maintain cart, equipment, storage room, and supplies in a clean and orderly stocked manner
• Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards all guests and co-workers
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and adherence to company uniform policies
• Maintain proper OSHA labeling procedures of all cleaning chemicals
• Adhere to chemical warning labels in the proper use of the chemical, utilization of personal safety equipment, chemical dilution and disposal
• Ordering and maintaining all housekeeping related supplies and equipment
• Respect all resort equipment and property and use with care to avoid unnecessary damage
• Provide support and communicate all issues to Service and Maintenance departments
• Conduct self in a professional manner at all times while on the resort grounds
• Perform all required tasks within established safety practices and procedure guidelines
• Supervision of all housekeeping staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
