Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed property inspections and analyze location, condition, and comparable sales data
- Compile well-researched, clear, and accurate appraisal reports
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends in the Long Island area
- Coordinate with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure timely appraisal delivery
Qualifications:
- Certified Residential or General Real Estate Appraiser license in New York State
- Proven experience in real estate appraisal, preferably in Long Island
