Simplex is Hiring a Client Services Associate Near Westport, CT
This role is on-site M-F 8:30-5 PM in our client's Westport, CT offices.
Our client is a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) that manages over 9 Billion for high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutional clients and is looking for a Client Services Associate to provide administrative and operational support to one or more Wealth Advisors or partners of the firm. The Client Services Associate assists with private and institutional clients' daily needs.
Responsibilities:
- New account opening, creating households, cashiering, ACH transfers, assisting clients, researching problems, maintaining account records, and preparing client communication.
- Answering phones, greetings clients, and maintaining calendars for multiple Wealth Advisors.
- Analyzing reports to determine the appropriate action to be taken on behalf of client accounts.
- Preparing and processing client documentation.
- Assisting in reconciling performance reports.
- Executing cashiering, money movement, and ACH requests.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience. New / Recent Grads will be considered along with experienced professionals.
- Bachelor's Degree required. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field preferred.
- Strong Customer / Client services orientation. Previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
- Must have strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently to research and resolve client issues.
- Work Experience: Preferred – Worked with or in an RIA and has experience with Schwab and Fidelity.
- Willingness to obtain Series 65 or 66 license within 6 months of an employment offer.
Our client offers competitive pay commensurate with experience and whether you hold a Series 65 or 66.
