**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our collision repair process. The ideal candidate will Have the knowledge of auto body collision repair and refinish requirements.

Understand individual technician abilities and training levels

Use above knowledge to assign work effectively and identify training requirements.

Use leadership abilities to motivate and inspire team members.

Assist repair planner as necessary to ensure a smooth collision repair process.

Manage quality control of all vehicles being repaired.

Assist other management staff with tasks as requested.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
