Sims-Lohman is searching for a Division Vice President for our Central and Northwest Regions (Cincinnati Area, Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky). As part of our Sr. Leadership Team, this position is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of multiple regions across the company. Direct Reports include General Managers, Business Development Managers, with indirect leadership of sales and operations teams within assigned geographies. The Division VP will develop and execute strategies to promote Safety, Schedule, and Cost to improve profits and strengthen organizational capabilities for their area of responsibility. This position will require daily presence in one of many locations resulting in same day and overnight travel on a regular basis. This position will be based in Cincinnati, Ohio office.
Candidates are required to have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Sales and Operational management within the kitchen and bath or home building supply industry, with ability to learn, implement and lead Sims-Lohman culture & our commitment to the customer by meeting delivery & install targets. Candidates should possess a proven track record in growing market share, focusing on relationships with internal and external customers and vendors. A thorough knowledge of order entry, sales and operations management business systems is required. Candidates should have previous P & L responsibility, demonstrating the ability to develop and maintain budget, costs and enhance profitability. Candidates must have a degree in Business, Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent demonstrated experience.
