Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, anticipate needs, and manage a wide range of administrative tasks. This role is critical in ensuring our executives’ schedules, priorities, and tasks are streamlined and executed efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Maintain and organize executive schedules, coordinate meetings, and prioritize appointments.
- Communication: Handle and respond to correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the executive.
- Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas; take meeting notes as needed.
- Event Coordination: Plan and manage logistics for company events, team offsites, or client meetings.
- Other: Miscellaneous tasks as needed including arranging travel, which includes domestic and international flights and accommodations. Assisting in tracking key initiatives and following up with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is helpful.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
