Experienced Thermoforming Sales Representative (West Coast) - Fully Remote

Our Company:

Sinclair & Rush, Inc., an international manufacturer of product protection solutions for over 70 years, is seeking a Regional Account Manager for its thermoforming division. This is a fully remote position with exciting opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients within the thermoforming industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key markets across the West Coast.
• Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions to meet their packaging and thermoforming requirements.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a seamless sales process from lead generation to post-sale support.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in the thermoforming or packaging industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of thermoforming processes, products, and materials.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule in a remote work environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client visits, trade shows, and industry events.
• Strong network of industry contacts on the West Coast is a plus.
