Sinnissippi Centers is looking to hire a full-time Behavioral Health Clinician focused on serving our youth population in our new Byron office. This position works with youth of all ages including our youngest clients and families in completing clinical assessments, treatment planning and individual services. This position is part of our initiative to expand our services along with the Illinois CCBHC program to ensure access to coordinated and comprehensive behavioral health care and our commitment to person-centered treatment.
Objectives
- Provide individualized psychotherapy services to address a wide array of issues, including mental health and trauma.
- Complete and maintain service documentation according to agency and regulatory standards.
- Use clinical judgment to diagnose, treat clients and make decisions within the range of program services, especially those requiring behavioral health and trauma treatment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree and licensure (LCPC/LCSW) is preferred/Will consider bachelor's candidates with experience.
- Experience with behavioral health with all ages is beneficial.
- Training in trauma informed interventions preferred.
Salary: $51,405 - $59,758 (MHP/Bachelor's level); $59,116 - $68,870 (QMHP/Master's level)
