Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to and support the visual and interactive user experience for products central to future development efforts.
Advocate UI/UX design standards, guidelines, and strategies to create cohesive experiences.
Support the UI/UX department strategy and integration of the user experience team within UPS.
Produce documentation for project-related activities, research and analysis outcomes, and test results.
Mentor and guide junior team members with project-related activities and tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Human Computer Interaction or Computer Science or equivalent
5 years of experience
Experience with Figma required
Experience conducted User Research and analyzing the data
Communication and analytical skills very critical
