Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of construction tasks, including:
- General labor, demolition, concrete work, and house lifting/moving.
- Operating machinery and handling tools safely and efficiently.
- Supporting pile driving operations (timber and helical piles).
- Assist with equipment setup, site preparation, and cleanup.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with all company policies.
- Lift and carry heavy materials (up to 70 lbs) throughout the workday.
- Travel to various job sites, sometimes requiring overnight stays.
- Drive company vehicles to transport equipment or materials as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior construction experience (laborer, equipment operator, carpentry, or similar).
- Valid driver's license required; Class A CDL preferred.
- Endorsements for air brakes and combination vehicles are a plus.
- Physical stamina and strength to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English.
- Reliable and able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
