Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule staff shifts, manage payroll data entry, and maintain a smooth workflow in the department.
- Order food supplies and equipment while monitoring costs to ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality.
- Review invoices for accuracy and compliance with bids, ensuring top-notch service.
- Document and track residents' dietetic progress quarterly to meet personalized care plan goals.
- Plan and coordinate food preparation for special events, ensuring an exceptional experience for all attendees.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional culinary or management qualifications a plus).
- Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in large-scale or therapeutic food preparation.
