What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Team Leader/DSP position at SKILLS, Inc.?
About us
A Maine nonprofit, we were founded by families. In the 1950’s, different families built nonprofits to support their children with intellectual disabilities. SKILLS was born from those early organizations. Over the last 60 years, we have added services and expanded programs. Our mission is to provide a supportive environment for employees and people receiving support. We see the individual – not a person defined by their disability, but by their dreams, aspirations, and capabilities. We see the AMAZING in everyone.
Our wonderful staff is at the heart of the exceptional services we provide. That's why we offer competitive pay, great benefits, and a supportive work environment. Most importantly, our team has the opportunity to make a difference every day.
Are you a dynamic go-getter, able to juggle multiple priorities and have the passion and dedication it takes to be a successful leader? If so, SKILLS may be a great place to further your career!
