Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Operations Manager to oversee and manage operations in a dynamic cloud environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of production systems, lead agile sprint processes, and handle Tier 3 triage for escalations and critical incident resolution. This role requires a strong technical foundation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of production systems in a cloud-based environment.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of services.
• Manage cloud infrastructure in alignment with best practices and security guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver sprint objectives.
• Lead sprint retrospectives and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Serve as the escalation point for Tier 3 issues, ensuring timely resolution of complex incidents.
• Coordinate root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain triage workflows to enhance response times.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in production operations.
• Establish and maintain documentation for operational procedures and incident handling.
• Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders about system status, incidents, and project progress.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in production operations, with significant exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and execution.
• Expertise in Tier 3 triage and critical incident management.
• Proficiency in cloud management tools and monitoring solutions.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead teams and communicate effectively.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
