Overview
As a Guest Experience Specialist at Skylight Boat Rentals, you will play a pivotal role in creating seamless and unforgettable experiences for our guests. From welcoming adventurers to guiding them through the rental process, your efforts will ensure each visit to Lake Powell is extraordinary.
Part-time work split between the shop, marina, or on the water.
Engage directly with guests, vessels, and the dynamic outdoor environment of Lake Powell.
Compensation and Growth:
Pay starts at $15–$18 per hour, depending on skill level and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Interactions: Greet guests warmly, provide excellent customer service, and guide them through the rental process.
Reservation Management: Process bookings, payments, and insurance using our systems (Square, Vquip) with accuracy and efficiency.
Check-Outs & Check-Ins: Oversee boat and equipment check-outs, video document inspections, and confirm returns are complete and damage-free.
Safety & Education: Size life jackets, review safety procedures, and ensure guests understand lake regulations and vessel operations.
Cleanliness & Prep: Inspect and clean boats, restocking equipment and ensuring all rentals are ready for the next adventure.
Communication & Coordination: Work closely with the team to address guest issues, resolve concerns, and maintain smooth operations.
