Position Overview
We are looking for someone to join our Accounting Department to assist with accounting procedures and clerical duties.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Accounting Manager with various Accounting functions
- Maintain records using QuickBooks
- Organize and update data using Microsoft Excel
- Handle general office responsibilities and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Experience with accounting functions and office administration
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
Salary : $20 - $25
