Travel:
Be available to travel up to 75-100% as necessary.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generate daily log
- Create and maintainjobsite accident hazard analysis (AHA’s)
- Generate weekly progress schedule
- Represent Sloan at weekly subcontractor and owner coordination meetings
- Manageonsite joboffice
- Manage materialand equipmentinventory—coordinate deliveries received on site, quantify receivables, and identify/procure variances prior to causing delays
- Oversee and enforce all safety regulations, reporting, and documentation
- Maintain production tracking—andcreate a remediation plan to correct issues to maintain the schedule and budget
- Conduct interviews for theprojectspecificlabor as required
- Coordinate subcontractors and work crews
- Coordinate and schedule equipment/vehicle maintenance, repair, and replacement
- Must translatecontractdocuments into a work plan that is communicable to the Owner/Owner’s Representatives, the GC/Sloanuppermanagement, and the labor activity performing the work on site
- Verifyfieldlayouts
- Mentorand grow field personnel
- Input, review, and approve the crew’s time sheets
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Relevant Bachelor of Science degree (e.g., Construction Management, Engineering, etc.) and/or 3-5years experiencein a Superintendent/leadership position
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, talk, and listen for long periods of time
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems
- Strong experience in leadership, safety and planning
- Excellent organizational, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Demonstrable knowledge of and skills in:
oCriticalpath method scheduling

oInterpreting plans and specifics
- Basic knowledge of:
