This position is responsible for operating machines in a high-volume production area in the automotive manufacturing department.
Responsibilities:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is frequently required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday. To meet our customers’ demands this role may be required to perform work outside of business hours including weekends. Must be willing to work overtime as needed.

- Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of production activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in documentation.
- Maintenance: Undertake routine maintenance procedures on assembly equipment to uphold optimal operational efficiency.
- Safety: Uphold unwavering adherence to all safety protocols and procedures, thereby fostering a secure working environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage proactively in continuous improvement endeavors aimed at refining efficiency and bolstering quality.

- Educational Attainment: Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent credential.
- Experience: Prior exposure to assembly or manufacturing environments is highly desirable, and experience in automotive, logistics, or a related industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in interpreting assembly instructions and blueprints is essential. Along with SAP experience.
- Mathematical Acumen: Possess basic mathematical skills requisite for assembly operations.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate acute attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to maintaining exemplary standards of quality.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit proficient communication skills and a penchant for effective teamwork.
