Requirements
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
- Professionally answer the phones and direct all calls accordingly
- Assist with special administrative projects
- Make incoming and outgoing calls and follow up with customers to ensure timely payments.
- Troubleshoot and answer questions from homeowners relating to their accounts.
- Ability to identify and escalate calls to the next level for additional assistance as necessary.
- Coordinate with customers to resolve any billing inquiries.
- Assist with mail handling per client and company policies.
- Maintains organizational information and other guide references as needed.
- Logs information into our CRM; tracks and monitors progress and/or disposition of requests, actions, files, documents, and programs.
- Other duties as assigned
- Work with cleaning teams in the field to ensure all jobs are completed
- Make outbound calls to customers to ensure proper follow-up
- Inbound calls - Schedule cleaning with customers and take payments.
- Full-time work schedule – 40 hours a week - Must be able to work Saturdays
