The pay for this position ranges from $13-$21 hour, with a starting rate of $18.65.
Schedule : Open availability and weekends required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Customer Experience : Provide an exceptional CHEF'STORE experience by building strong relationships with customers.
- Cash Handling : Perform sales and cash functions efficiently and accurately using the POS system.
- Store Operations : Conduct cart-to-cart transfers at checkout and verify purchases as customers exit the store.
- Sales Floor & Stocking : Assist customers in locating products and maintain neat and orderly shelves.
- Inventory Management : Help receive shipments, ensure proper labeling, and report low stock levels.
- Store Cleanliness : Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including the sales floor, restrooms, and parking lot.
- Team Collaboration : Assist other employees as needed to ensure all tasks are completed.
WORK ENVIRONMENT : Work will be performed in a retail store open to the public, subject to outside weather conditions. The noise level is typically moderate.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, strong problem-solving abilities, and basic computer skills.
EDUCATION : High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS : Ability to stand continuously, frequent walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Compensation varies based on experience and education. Additionally, this role is eligible for overtime compensation.
