Title : Superintendent (Healthcare and Education Construction)
Location : West Hartford, CT
Salary : $105,000 to $135,000
Requirements :
- Seeking a Superintendent to come on board and lead all onsite work for healthcare and Education projects
- The company performs large-scale education and healthcare projects (hospitals, universities, etc)
- Must have experience managing similar construction projects, and have the ability to manage, coordinate, and supervise all subcontractor work.
- The Superintendent will be a leader in the organization, and play a pivotal role in the success of the projects and the company as a whole
- Must be able to work cohesively with the Project Management team, as well as all onsite laborers, sub-contractors, and management team
