We have an exciting new opportunity for a Nurse Manager to join our team. You would be reporting to the Clinical Site Director and responsible for managing Medial Assistants and LPN’s at our clinic.
As the Nurse Manager, you would also have some clinical responsibility as well. Our primary goal is to make sure all of our patients are provided quality care and are given the ability to recover from any ailments they have.
Our organization has been around for over 40 years and we offer an extensive training process and very collaborative approach to patient care and medicine. You would have autonomy in this role and the ability to work on your own time.
Schedule would be :
Monday through Friday with normal work hours, 9am -5 pm.
Title : Nurse Manager (Supervisory / Lead Experienced people should apply)
Location : Hartford, CT
Salary : $110,000 to $140,000
Responsibilities :
- Managing a team of medical assistants and LPN’s
- In charge of providing oversite to vaccination program
- Responsible for appropriate documentation in EMR system
- Working collaboratively with physicians on site and nurse practitioners
- Supervise daily activity
- Provided clinical care to patients
- Responsible for clinical storage supplies
- Working closely with Clinical Director and department leaders
