Beverage Cart Attendant

Job Overview
As a Beverage Cart Attendant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by providing exceptional service while serving beverages and light snacks. You will be responsible for operating the beverage cart in designated areas, ensuring that guests are satisfied and have access to refreshments during their time at our facility. This position requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve a variety of beverages and light snacks to guests from the beverage cart.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart and surrounding area.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and upselling items.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is advantageous.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow.
• Experience in food preparation or working in a grocery store setting is a plus.
• Knowledge of retail math concepts can enhance operational efficiency.
• Ability to perform bussing duties when necessary to maintain cleanliness in serving areas.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
