Summary/Objective
The Service & Installation Technician is responsible for supervising on-site installation and service repairs to existing projects.
Key Areas of Responsibility
1. Provide service as needed for all displays.
2. Assist in keeping an accurate inventory of spare parts for all New York projects.
3. Ship and receive spare and repair parts to and from the factory.
4. Provide support and assistance to project managers for all project installations and service calls.
5. Maintain warehouse and storage facilities.
6. Provide support regarding product/project specific knowledge to subcontractors.
7. Provide installation reports for each day/night on project sites.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not require any supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job generally operates in the field and on project sites.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and unless other specified, hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some overnight and weekend work will be required.
Travel
This position may require frequent travel and/or long periods of overnight travel.
Preferred Education and Experience
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 2 plus years of related experience.
Additional Qualifications
1. OSHA certification.
2. Candidates will be asked to study for and complete state contractor's license exams as needed.

Salary : $25 - $33
