The Fulfillment Team Lead will report to the Fulfillment Manager and will be responsible for packaging, wrapping and shipping products while overseeing the day-to-day activities of fulfillment associates. This position will partner closely with other Fulfillment departments therefore the ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly with a high attention to detail are key attributes. The Fulfillment Lead will mentor and train team members on working accurately and being successful in their position.
Responsibilities
Specific Responsibilities
- Provide day to day guidance to individuals in your area of responsibility in respect to quality, training and workflow
- Drive and support process improvement activities
- Perform routine inventory cycle counts
- Partner with representatives from other departments in the organization to provide production information as requested
- Provide feedback to supervisors and managers as needed
- Enforce standard safety procedures within a production setting
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in a production environment
- Must be able to work 11am - 7pm MST
- Ability to read, write and clearly communicate English
- High School level general math capability
- Must be able to operate Windows based PC
- Confidently present information and/or engage in discussion in one-on-one and small group situations with team members and other employees
