General responsibilities include front desk and reception; laundry; cleaning and organization throughout the clinic; and assigned tasks that vary with the patient; completion of all tasks on each workday through multi-tasking. Primary schedule covers late afternoon/evening and Saturday hours.

• Front Desk/Reception - customer service experience required - able to prioritize visitors and callers with respect and focus - able to accurately relay dates, times, and details of scheduling
• Float Tank and Infrared Sauna- scheduling clients, instructing clients on proper usage and maintaining cleanliness.
• Laundry - attention to detail and commitment to always have fresh linens ready for patient & client visits.
• Cleaning (patient & client care areas, reception, and float lounge for float therapy) - willing to keep all areas pristine, organized, and ready for patients, clients and staff.

Looking for someone with a professional appearance and mannerism. Strong attention to detail and time management is a must. Someone with flexibility and a desire to grow with the company is preferred.
