Our Opportunity
As Snyk’s Customer Marketing Manager focused on onboarding, you are passionate about creating a best-in-class customer experience. You will drive the execution of customer onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-value and increase customer satisfaction. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Developer Relations, Education, and Product teams to build and optimize the customer onboarding journey for both enterprise and self-serve customers.
What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing:
- Design, implement, and optimize marketing automated onboarding journeys for self-serve customers, ensuring they achieve key onboarding milestones efficiently
- Develop and manage persona-specific onboarding nurture programs targeting security professionals (admins) and developers (users)
- Coordinate with content teams to develop compelling onboarding materials that resonate with technical audiences
- Build and maintain a comprehensive onboarding resources library, including documentation, guides, videos, and best practices
- Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive engagement with onboarding programs
- Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to identify and address friction points in the customer onboarding journey
- Use quantitative and qualitative customer feedback to continuously improve onboarding effectiveness
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for onboarding success, including time-to-value, feature adoption rates, and customer satisfaction
- Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to align on onboarding priorities and initiatives
- Monitor industry best practices to ensure our onboarding programs are best-in-class
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer marketing, program management, or similar customer-facing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful customer onboarding programs
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and customer engagement tools
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Data-driven approach to decision-making with experience in analytics and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences
- Experience working with technical products and developer-focused solutions
