A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As an HVAC and Plumbing Customer Service Representative, you arrive each day determined to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, and make follow-up calls.
Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensure that their needs are met. Because there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with, you are never bored! You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Friendly and Professional phone voice
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service and computer skills; able to work with multiple applications and talk on the phone at the same time.
- Sales knowledge and experience a plus.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing and HVAC helpful.
