Soccer Shots, the premier introductory soccer program for children ages two to five, seeks a dynamic individual to fill the Assistant Director of Operations role. Our caring team positively impacts childrens lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching and curriculum. This position entails diverse responsibilities, including coaching our Soccer Shots sessions, training new coaches, recruitment, sales/account management, and operational management to support our franchise's growth and success while offering a flexible schedule and fun work environment. Responsibilities:

• Coaching: The Assistant Director of Operations will coach approximately 20 Soccer Sessions per week using our curriculum in a fun and engaging manner.
• Hiring and Training: Recruit, hire, train, and manage coaches to maintain program quality and standards.
• Work Hours and Locations: 35 to 40 hours per week at various settings, including daycare and preschool centers, public parks, and remote administrative duties.
• Account Acquisition and Retention: Strengthen existing and cultivate new relationships with local daycare and preschool directors to promote program participation throughout the territory and to attract new accounts and families to the program. Identify and establish new public park locations to host Soccer Shots sessions. Collaborate with park and recreation directors to secure and maintain program locations.
• Travel: Travel throughout New London County, CT, Kent County, RI, and Washington County, RI, is required for coaching sessions, program expansion, and training purposes.

Compensation Description:

Salary: $42,500/year
Gas Reimbursement: $2,000/year
Cell Phone Reimbursement: $500/year
Total Compensation Value: $45,000/year

Commission Structure:


Commission can be made by completing one of the following:

• Booking a Free Fun Day at a New School
• Scheduling a Season at a New School (a school we have never served before)

*Commission is paid out monthly and only AFTER the event takes place.

Free Fun Day Secure and run a free fun day at a potential new account

• A - SCHOOL (Capacity 150 Children Ages 2-5) = $125
• B - SCHOOL (Capacity 75-150 Children Ages 2-5) = $75
• C - SCHOOL (Capacity 75 Children or less ages 2-5) = $25

Secure new account run a season Parent Pay

• There needs to be a minimum of 8 children enrolled.
• 5% of the net revenue of the first and second seasons.

Secure new account ALL PLAY

• 5% of revenue for the first & second months.
