Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns aimed at driving conversions, sales, and customer engagement.
- Write persuasive and high-converting email copy that resonates with different audience segments.
- Oversee all aspects of email campaign creation, including segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization strategies.
- Ensure top-notch email deliverability, staying on top of changes in spam filters, and email authentication methods (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to email performance, delivery, or system errors.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to continuously improve strategies.
- Optimize email lists for targeting, ensuring high-quality contact data and audience segmentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align email campaigns with overall business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest email marketing best practices, tools, and compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Continuously improve the user experience across the email journey, from acquisition to retention.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of proven experience in email marketing with a strong track record of driving sales through email.
- Expertise in email copywriting, crafting messages that are engaging and results-driven.
- In-depth knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability and troubleshooting, including knowledge of email authentication standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization.
- A history of successfully marketing software, services, or products through email channels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex projects from start to finish.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
