Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for all express service appointment RO's which includes services such as oil change, tire rotation, filter replacements etc.
• Must focus on finding opportunities for upselling services that are needed.
• Express Service Advisor will identify and assess customers’ service needs to achieve satisfaction.
• The Express Service Advisor will build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• A Express Service Advisor will provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• All Express Service Advisors must meet service team targets.
• Handle customer appointment requests, provide appropriate service solutions and alternatives, follow-up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow Soerens Nice Guys communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Qualifications

• All candidates must have a pleasant personality, strong customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a number of different people.
• Must have a valid Wisconsin driver's license.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
