- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and existing documentation analysis.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project lifecycles, facilitating sprints and stand-up meetings.
- Conduct data analysis and report generation to aid decision-making processes.
- Develop use cases and user stories to articulate business needs in a clear, actionable format.
- Support project management initiatives by coordinating between cross-functional teams.
- Ensure all solutions align with compliance regulations and best practices in the government sector.
- Lead the testing and validation of solutions, coordinating efforts to resolve any issues that arise.
- Communicate project updates and findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in business analysis or project management, preferably in government or emergency services.
- Proven knowledge of Agile methodologies; Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in SQL and data analysis for effective data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
