Responsibilities
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the solar energy market with our pre-qualified leads
· Engage and educate potential customers about solar energy solutions
· Conduct site assessments and provide tailored solar system proposals
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
· Provide exemplary customer service throughout the sales process
· Collaborate with the installation and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution
· Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape
Requirements
· Proven sales experience, preferably in renewable energy or related fields
· Strong understanding of solar energy systems and technologies
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $94,082.00 - $104,891.00 per year

- Weekends as needed
