We’re on the lookout for dynamic and customer-focused Account Managers to join our growing team at Solarreviews. As an Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision, and delivering exceptional service that drives satisfaction and loyalty. You’ll work closely with internal teams to make sure our clients are getting the most value possible while exceeding their expectations.

Building on our success, we’ve recently launched new platforms like RoofingCalculator.com and FixR.com. Using the latest in technology and data, we help solar, roofing and home remodeling businesses connect with the right customers and fuel their growth. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for driven and enthusiastic Account Managers to join our team and take client success to the next level!
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and grow your book of business by building strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing timely updates and addressing any
concerns.
· Understand clients' needs, goals, and challenges related to home remodelling lead generation.
· Oversee lead generation campaigns and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality leads.
· Provide regular updates, performance insights, and actionable recommendations to clients.
· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support client growth.
· Ensure accounts are paid on time and handle any billing-related issues.
· Stay informed on industry trends to provide clients with valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
· Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Manager, or similar role, preferably in lead generation or
home remodeling industries
· Strong understanding of lead generation, digital marketing, and customer relationship management (CRM)
tools
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
· Problem-solving skills and ability to handle client concerns with professionalism.
· Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
· Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards client success

$80k plus commissions
