As we continue to scale, we’re looking for driven and enthusiastic Account Managers to join our team and take client success to the next level!
We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setters to assist our Business Development Managers (BDMs) in expanding our client base and ensuring smooth transitions throughout the sales process.
In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services, and scheduling appointments for our BDMs. You will act as the first point of contact for leads, helping to ensure that qualified prospects are successfully passed on to the sales team. Your efforts will play a critical role in driving business growth and building relationships with future clients.
Key Responsibilities.
• Contact prospective clients or customers via phone or email to set up appointments for sales representatives or service teams.
Find decision makers
• Provide clear, concise, and helpful information to potential customers, ensuring they understand the services offered and the value of meeting with a representative.
• Input client and appointment details into our database accurately and in a timely manner.
• Track daily appointment setting activity and document results to help the sales team with progress reporting.
• Provide reminders to clients about upcoming demo appointments.
• Assist BDMs by providing relevant details and updates on scheduled demos.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of confirmed demo appointments.
We’re currently looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone. You should also be comfortable managing multiple tasks, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the sales team to meet company goals.
Base salary for this position is $55k with commissions, offering an On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $100k-$120k. We’re seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, organized, and eager to help drive the success of our solar, roofing, and home renovation business.
