Position : Part-Time Spa Consultant

Commitment : 8-12 hours per week (2-3 shifts), with at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday).

Compensation :

• Starting Pay : $15.50 per hour
• Guaranteed Raise : $17.50 per hour within one year of completing our training and certification program
• Bonuses : Earn an additional $1-$4 per hour through our generous product and membership sales bonuses
• Tips : Spa Consultants receive tips, with an average earning of $100 per month in gratuities
• Sales Training : Paid training in customer service and sales to help you grow professionally

Responsibilities :

• Deliver top-tier customer service to all guests
• Keep up-to-date with all services, equipment, and health & safety procedures
• Assist with accurate data entry and maintain spa cleanliness
• Support management in training, mentoring, and onboarding new team members
• Follow equipment cleaning protocols and ensure all areas are well-maintained
• Uphold the Soleil Tans brand in all interactions with guests and the public

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance
• Available for at least one weekend shift and 12 hours per week
• Preferred : At least one year of experience in a sales-driven environment
