Soliant is working with a partner school district in the Fridley, MN area to hire a School Nurse for the remainder of the school year. Position starts now and will run until June 2023.

Full-Time | Monday – Friday 8:45am-4:00pm
School holidays, evenings and weekends off

CASELOAD DETAILS:
Licensed Care Specialist (LPN/RN) for Elementary School K-5 

• Provide nursing care and procedures to students in grades K-5
• Medication administration
• Assessment/Triage of school health office visits
• Oversight of daily operations of the school health office 
• Implementation/Organization of school health plans
• Electronic Health Record Documentation
• Provide health education and resources to students, families, and school staff.
• Serve as a health consultant and resource in health-related areas for school staff and families
• Collaboration with families, health care providers and school staff to promote student health, safety and wellness
• Inventory/ordering of supplies and equipment
• Hearing and Vision Screening

COMPENSATION:
Negotiable and competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications
W2 employee contract for the 2022/23 school year, with renewals available for successful assignments
Paid for all hours worked
