Purpose of Position: To continually work with our customers (new and current) to facilitate and coordinate the launch of new business ensuring that Safety, Quality, Financial Goals and Schedules are maintained in accordance with company policies, standards, and the project contract. Schedule each job to be completed in a safe, timely and productive manner as possible to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers and the goals of the company, with the support of Senior Management.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitating New Customer Product Launch: From concept to production work with current and new customers to transition their productions from the design phase to low volume production.
- Site Design & Development: Develop, review, and coordinate new equipment launch. This includes working with vendors and facilities to identify several solution paths to present to senior leadership.
- Voice of Customer: Ensure that you are working with the production and scheduling teams to deliver the customers' needs in regards to communication and sampling. Post production launch, serve as the primary point of contact for continuous improvements activities.
- Production Scheduling: Take an active role in developing the production schedule to support production and drive efficiency.
- Technical Review: Review and move designs through the approval process for design specifications, construction drawings, and other technical documents to ensure they meet project requirements, legal standards and efficiency improvements.
- Problem-Solving: Address any engineering challenges that arise during launch process, development phase and sustainment, providing solutions to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure that all projects adhere to customers and facilities requirements, as well as internal quality and safety standards for products and new equipment.
- Capacity Planning/Asset Planning: Maintain clear line of communication with Sales on incoming opportunities to ensure adequate capacity as well documentation and communication of customer asset and planning for refurbishment.
- PET SME: Maintain a working knowledge of all PET manufacturing technologies, visit trade shows and remain abreast of industry trends to ensure we are aligned for the future.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all engineering reports, approvals, inspections, and related documentation. Provide regular updates to senior management and project teams.
