- Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and report on project budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasts to project stakeholders.
- Cost Tracking: Track and analyze project expenditures, ensuring accuracy and timely recording of costs.
- Invoicing: Prepare and submit project-related invoices to clients, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations related to project financing and reporting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and team members to understand project financial needs and provide financial insights.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
- Risk Management: Identify potential financial risks within projects and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in project accounting or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software (Netsuite)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Experience in Conscturction is preferred.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
