We are partnering with a reputable higher education organization seeking a Special Projects Associate. The Special Projects Associate will provide confidential administrative support for the Rules
Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and interviews for the Rules Administrator with witnesses and respondents
- Manage logistics (including meeting invitations and locations, in person and online)
- Take notes during interviews and meetings
- Organize content within digital files and folders
- Assist in the collection of information from relevant parties
- Assist in the preparation of communications
- Assist in preparing documentation, including investigation reports and supporting exhibits
- Communicate when tasks are completed
- Download and share documentation as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in providing administrative support, preferably in a legal or regulatory compliance setting.
- Proficiency in scheduling meetings, managing logistics, and organizing documents/files, either digitally or physically.
- Experience with notetaking during meetings and interviews.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using office productivity software such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Compensation: $23-$25/hr
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
