Dishwasher Responsibilities include:
- Acts as a positive representative of the community at all times.
- Recognizes that residents and families are in fact customers to the business and endeavors to do everything possible to
make meal periods enjoyable. - Recognizes that ''No" or "can't-do-it" are business losers and must be removed from the working vocabulary.
- Washes and inspects all dishware and glassware. Stored clean utensil, dishes and glassware in proper places.
- Keeps dishwashing machine and dish room in clean operating condition. Reports any malfunctions or breakdowns of
equipment to the Dining Services Director. - Interacts with residents, families, staff and other visitors to the community in a pleasant, respectful and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma or GED preferred
- Attends all in-service education programs mandates by Corporate SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
