The Warehouse Lead performs all the duties of a Warehouse Associate and acts as the back-up for the Warehouse Specialist in their absence.

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor
Hours: 6:30am – 2:30pm , additional hours as needed.
· Process all truck shipments both domestic and international
· Enter into SAP and process all sales orders for customer walk-ins and pick-ups
· Log and assign orders to pickers
· Perform duties of Warehouse Associate when needed
· Acts as the back-up to Warehouse Specialist in their absence
· Adhere to and enforce housekeeping standards
· Respond to requests from Customer Service Department
· Review open pick ticket report daily
· Perform light assembly when needed
· Prepare documents such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders to route materials
· Record shipment data such as weight, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes.
· Ensure the completion of UPOP - Urgent Part Order Process.
· Supply packers with needed supplies
· Identify and rectify safety concerns
· Other duties as assigned
Experience & Education:
· 1-2 years warehouse experience
· Forklift experience/training
· Experience with loading/unloading trucks
· High School Diploma/GED required
Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
· Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment.
· Will require heavy work (lifting greater than 30 pounds). Ability to carry 50 lbs. for 100 feet unassisted.
· Machinery operation requires the use of safety PPE equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, steel-toe shoes, and hardhats. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted
· Regularly required to stand or sit, and move about the facility. Ability to stand for 8 hours per day.
Materials and Equipment Used: Will require proper coordination, and motor skills to work with power/hand tools as needed.
Tools: ERP Software, Label Machines, MRP software, scales and printers.
Candidates will be required to complete a background check and drug screen before beginning work.
