A Storage Manager reports directly to the Regional Manager, CFO, Owners and is ANDOVER's on and off site representative. You as a Store Manager have five main priorities: to effectively market your store, maintain a low delinquency rate, effectively supervise personnel, thoroughly oversee maintenance / capital improvements, and most important achieve superior financial performance. The Storage Manager is totally accountable for all community operations. The person directs and administers all operations of the assigned property, including the annual business plan (budget); management, marketing and maintenance programs; computer operations; policies and procedures; and human resources in order to achieve maximum profitability and goals consistent with department objectives.
Responsibilities include:
Must have experience in a customer service, restaurant., property management, or sales field
Outgoing and energetic personality
High School Diploma/GED equivalent. College Education is a plus
Ability to perform basic maintenance items
Valid driver license with reliable transportation
