About this position

The Teller will be responsible for greeting members and potential members, identifying their perceived and unperceived needs and will process transactions promptly and accurately. They will promote quality member service, via the telephone or in person. Also, they will utilize a thorough SCU product knowledge, exceptional cross selling and service skills and a professional demeanor to assist each member. This position will perform exceptional service, by working both independently and as a team.

Requirements

What will you be doing? 

•  Serve as the face of the organization and provide exceptional service to the members of Sooper credit Union
• Learn about our members by listening to them and developing a relation with them
• Deepen and strengthen the relationship with the member by educating them on our products and services
• Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments etc.
• Participate in achieving individual and branch goals
• Work with team members to drive a high accountability and fun organizational culture
• Share your knowledge and ideas on everything from effective practices to ways we can better support our membership and our team

This is a full-time, non-exempt position starting at the pay rate of $18.00 per hour, which will be adjusted based on experience, education and qualifications.
