Responsibilities

- Ensure the highest standards of food handling and preparation are maintained at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create a cohesive menu that highlights seasonal ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area.
- Monitor inventory levels of sushi ingredients and communicate needs to management.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines in all aspects of food preparation.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role in a restaurant or catering environment.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and culinary skills within the food industry.
- Familiarity with dietary department standards is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
