Entry-Level Banker
We are looking for an Entry-Level Banker to provide exceptional service and support to clients. In this role, you will be the face of the bank, handling transactions accurately and efficiently while helping clients achieve their financial goals. You’ll actively refer and sell bank products and services through in-person and telephone interactions. Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork are essential to success in this position.
What You’ll Need :
- At least 3 months of experience in cash handling, client service, or sales (previous teller experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with basic math and negotiation abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to provide outstanding customer service.
Note : Candidates with additional experience may be considered for a higher-level role.
