Construction Laborer

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of various tasks on-site. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites before and after construction activities.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Operate hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety on-site.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory along with a vehicle. As you will be driving job to job.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed

• Driver's License (Required)

• Boca Raton, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
