About the Role:
As a Sales Specialist, you're a key contributor responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with professional clients. Your expertise will drive sales growth, providing expert guidance on flooring products. This role demands a deep understanding of the industry, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions.

Essential Functions:
•Activate and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and industry professionals
•Develop an in-depth understanding of our flooring product lines and stay updated on industry trends
•Provide expert advice and recommendations based on client project requirements
•Develop a client base to drive sales goals, actively pursuing and acquiring new professional clients.
•Measure, track, and analyze sales performance, creating KPIs to build the sales agenda
•Ensure extreme attention to detail in all aspects of estimation and orders
•Be proactive in identifying potential challenges, proposing solutions, and building strong client relations
Qualifications :
•You've excelled in a sales role before and are ready for your next challenge
•Thriving on growing the business and making a mark on every project is your forte
•Valuing customer service and understanding the power of saying "Yes" to the customer
•You embrace challenges and adapt to process changes with a keen problem-solving
