About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Support Epic Implementation Tasks: Assist the Epic implementation team with scheduling, documentation, and coordination of activities related to the software rollout.
- Proctor Certification Exams: Serve as the proctor for Epic certification exams, ensuring the integrity of the testing process by maintaining compliance with guidelines and procedures.
- Workflow Coordination: Help manage task assignments, track deadlines, and communicate progress to team members.
- Documentation and Reporting: Assist in compiling documentation for training materials, system configurations, and project updates.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with analysts, trainers, and stakeholders to support implementation goals.
- Learning and Development: Actively participate in training sessions to understand Epic modules and how they are applied in the hospital setting.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Availability to commit to the duration of the internship.
