Requirements:

• Must have automotive accounting department experience
• Must be able to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage time well
• Must be a team player, have a positive attitude, work well with others, communicate effectively, and have a strong work ethic

Job Duties:

• Reviewing retail deals for proper documents
• Sending vehicle contracts to lenders
• Posting retail deals to the GL, knowledge of how to use chart of accounts and debits/credits necessary
• Maintaining accounting schedules: inventory/contracts in transit/down payments
• Processing trade payoffs.
