Duties and Responsibilities :
- Network Design and Configuration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust network architectures utilizing Fortinet products to meet specific business requirements.
- Network Troubleshooting : Proactively identify and resolve network-related issues, including performance bottlenecks, connectivity problems, and security vulnerabilities, while adhering to industry best practices.
- Security Management : Implement and maintain security policies and procedures to safeguard the network infrastructure from cyber threats and attacks.
- Network Performance Monitoring : Utilize monitoring tools and performance metrics to assess network health, bandwidth utilization, and overall system performance.
- Incident Response : Actively participate in the incident response process, ensuring swift resolution of network-related incidents and minimizing downtime.
- Network Upgrades and Expansion : Assist in planning and executing network upgrades and expansions, ensuring minimal disruption to services during the process.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Collaboration and Training : Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge, provide technical support, and conduct training sessions related to Fortinet products.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends : Continuously stay abreast of the latest developments in network technology, especially related to Fortinet products, and make recommendations for improvements based on emerging trends and best practices.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Licenses or Certifications : Preferred but not required : Certified as a Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Preferred Education : A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
